Hi, I am an electrical engineer with experience of four years in embedded and power electronics industries. I have designed 48 channel temperature data logger for industry and it is working fine in noisy environment with +/-0.05 C accuracy. I have used many ARM controllers of TI, Microchip and STM. I have a good knowledge of analog instrumentation circuit design. I have done many application of analog sensing till 24 bit ADC also. I have used SAR and Sigma-Delta ADC both. there can be two reasons for noise. a. the presence of noise on adc channels. reason is incorrect grounding. b. the incorrect implementation protocol for adc implementation. reason faulty firmware. kindly send the schematics and firmware. i have 8 year experience in embedded system.

how clean is your signal? did you try to filter it with an RC circuit before reading your input? Also check you sample rate. let me know how I can help.
