There is 480 Micro Logix 1400 for controlling Solar Panel and other equipments. Engineers were facing problem of Download a RS Logix 500 program on 480 nos Micro Logix 1400 for a small change like speed. I developed an application for downloading same logix program on 480 nos Micro Logix with at least time on single click and application shows Micro Logix Processor status after download (Like Fault mode, Remote Run Mode, Remote Program Mode) others : At Allied Mills, Rockwell Software (Factory Talk Batch Server) Used for Batching Process (Insert, Delete, Hold, Resume, Remove). Operator repeats same action for every batch with different recipe, Line No; Some times Operator delayed in inserting new batch into Batch Server, Mistakes in Creating Batch id. I developed Application for Batch Processing for automatically Generating Batch ID, Removing Batch and Inserting new Batch after completion of Batch according to given inputs (like Number of batches, Recipe, Line No) through FT Batch API At Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, MIS Report for equipment list was came in 4 Minute 30 Second with 152 pages which were not acceptable to Delhi Metro; after doing R&D for 2 days same MIS report came within 15 Seconds.
