Please find attached 3 floor layouts of a underconstruction building in Chandigarh, India. The layouts have structural reinforcements detailed in it along with position of columns and walls. I am looking for a experienced architect/structural engineer to inspect my layouts and suggest alterations like introduction of new column to support structure or increasing wall thickness at some points. 2 slabs are already casted so shown reinforcements in them are already done...new columns can be introduced or additional supports can be planned. need suggestions and analysis for week sections/panels of building. A report is expected with diagrams/layouts and structural analysis, showing weak sections and solutions to the problems. budget - 2500-4000

Accordingly, I will provide you the below details- 1. Structural Analysis results of your buildings - Analysis will be done in StaadPro software & the results will be shared. I will also prepare an excel sheet to simplyfy the results for your understandings. 2. Beam-Column Layout & details of dimensions. 3. Reinforcement details for Beam, Columns & Slabs showing the Grade of concrete to be used, grade of Reinforcement to be used. As Chandigarh lies in earthquake zone-V, the design will be done considering the seismic effect, i.e. earthquake resistant designing will be provided. Further, following details will help me to analyse your structure, which are not available in the Architectural layout attached by you- 1. Given dimension of Columns, beams & slabs. 2. Is surrounding area of the building comprised of highrise building? (It is required for wind analysis) 3. What is the soil condition, what are the depths of foundation provided? Thank you.
