Some would say Jack, Jim, Johnny or Jose would be their drink of choice. Some would say some variation of a concoction that includes one or two of those J's. One might consider orange juice, apple cider or lemonade as the preferred liquid to imbibe. Wine seems to be a favorite with those who consider themselves a connoisseur of sorts. Milk builds strong bones and teeth, while if you were to add a couple scoops of ice-cream to that milk, well, let's just say that a milkshake hits the spot every now and then. Coffee wakes you up in the morning, tea makes for a relaxing break during the day and hot chocolate is nice by a warm fire. But I would have to say that by far my favorite beverage would have to be plain old h2o. Yep, water. Best from a mountain stream with a cool, crisp ,clear taste that refreshes, reinvigorates and rejuvenates. It's the basis for all those other drinks I've mentioned, goes with anything, anywhere at anytime. It cleanses the pallet, cools the body and quenches the thirst. It's simple, it's good for you and most of all, it's usually free.
