I also created Revit plugins using C # and Inventor plugins using VB .Net. I am also an ADN member (Autodesk Developer Network) and an ATC (Autodesk Training Center) instructor for AutoCAD and Revit (Architecture, Structural, and MEP). I've done many same projects in the past for about 18 years and have written LISP programs for AutoCAD automation in different fields and for different companies. I think can do the job if understood your needs completely and also can write some extra AutoCAD LISPs to simplify your tasks. ( What I've done in all my projects.)
