I'm seeking intermediate-level Customer Service Advisors who can efficiently deliver excellent phone support. Your focus will be mainly: - Calling UK businesses to introduce our company and arrange a demonstration of our free software. - Handling 15-minute over-the-phone demonstrations, offering precise information in a clear, accurate, personable and understanding manner. While it's not expected that you're an expert, some experience within the customer service field would very much be appreciated. You need to demonstrate an understanding of handling phone inquiries and an understanding of customer needs. Good communication skills are required for this job. The product is simple, self-explanatory and intuitive. A technical background is not necessary. Full training and a calling application will be provided.
