Finish Data Entry Project - Input Information From Various Sources

Need someone to complete a data entry project that was started by another Freelancer but unable to finish. Project is about 2/3 complete. We have a template containing approximately 1800 audio/stereo products that have been collected from various sources, placed into Excel templates, and organized by brand. You will be: 1) Double-checking that the information already contained in the templates is correct/accurate and 2) Locating / filling in missing information. Here are the details: -Products that are offered in multiple colors/finishes but are listed as one item (1 line) need to be separated into multiple items (1 line per color). -Items with missing attributes, such as SKU, Price, Weight or Dimensions need to be updated to include the missing information. -Additionally, there is existing data which lists the item’s weight, some in Lbs (Pounds) and some in Kg (Kilograms). I am requesting that this information is converted into both Lbs and Kg and placed in the correct column and formatted consistently through all items. -You will also be required to collect any missing information, such as images or brochure links, missed by the original Freelancer. -I will provide you with detailed instructions and multiple sources of data (including websites, manufacturer provided price lists and other Excel files) which contain most of the missing attributes/information. However, you may also need to search the Internet. Ideal candidate has prior experience on similar projects which include data analysis, Excel editing and must be proficient in English. Keep in mind: - You will need to use your best judgment for this project. For example, items’ names may not match exactly. You will need to use other facts (brand, price, etc.) to determine if two products are indeed the same. - The provided PDFs and Excel documents are the priority resource when locating the requested information. - If you absolutely cannot locate an attribute, then leave that field blank. DO NOT GUESS. Final Result: All brand templates will contain accurate information, maintain the established format and be completed to the best of your ability using all available resources. There should be MINIMAL missing information.
