Hi! Just some quick info about me: I'm a transcriber and writer who has been published a few times in American and Australian publications (all of them for short story fiction in various genres). Prior to that, I worked as a marketing assistant for an education company, and I had been a Features Editor at university. Throughout my years both at university and at work, I have edited various types of written forms of media, including but not limited to journal, newspaper, fiction, and academic articles. My method is to read the work multiple times, both for content and grammar/spelling nuances. I have had experience with editing longer stories, both on a historical and a fictional basis, and I often check and double-check facts and consistency as needed. While I do tend to go over pieces of writing more than twice, I still retain a relatively quick turn-around and am able to submit edits within a projected time period.
