Design PCB

The product to be designed is a very simple, miniature device intended to wirelessly transmit Status of a digital input to a Receiver. The product is required to consume very low power and suitable for standalone operation with a battery lasting at least an year. A cost Effective solution for a non-microcontroller based compact device, meeting following requirements: a) The product shall consist two modules. One is the “status transmitter” & the other “receiver / Indicator module” b) The “Transmitter” module shall have following functions: i) Actuation of one LED or a Alarm buzzer for a preset time (say 30 seconds) based on the status of one digital input (ON/OFF) ii) Actuation of same LED or a Alarm buzzer for a preset time (say 30 seconds) based on the status of one analog input crossing certain preset limit (Future provision ) iii) Sending status to “Receiver Module” c) The “Receiver” Module shall have following function: Receive data sent from the Transmitter module and indicate with an LED Glow and sound alarm for preset time or till it is manually reset. Scope of service includes: a) Design & Supply of Electrical Drawings including PCB Layout, Gerber files, and any other document required for manufacturing PCB. Following 3 options shall be considered: i) RF Based Devices (Preferred) ii) Wi-Fi Based iii) Any other reliable and cost effective b) Detail Bill of Quantity with item specifications and estimated cost shall be provided by designer c) Battery requirement and life to be optimised & calculation to be submitted. Expected life is at least 1 year d) Suggest suitable type sensing device to sense input signal, i.e presence or absence of a PVC material based object (ex: micro-switch, any non—contact type sensor, IR sensor, etc)
