I have a circuit diagram which needed to be draw on a program and then make the PCB Layout. I have my circuit on a paper. What you need to do is that, first you will draw the circuit then I need 1-layer , 2-layer and 4-layer PCB layouts of the same circuit. (If the freelancer has a knowledge of peak detector that will be better.)
