I have put below the specifications of the Static Var Generator device that the PCBs go together to create. ●Rapid dynamic real-time compensation ● High precision reactive compensation, PF>0.99 ● Reactive compensation range: -1~1(adjustable) ● No overcompensation, under-compensation, resonance, capacity fading ● DSP+FPGA, high-speed operational capability ● Response time<10ms ● Protection: overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature ● Communication: Ethernet, RS485 ● Low noise: intelligent variable-speed cooling fan ● Germany brand IGBT chip ● Texas Instrument DSP chip, high speed, and reliable performance ● Modular design, customized modules in parallel Rated Voltage(V) 120V/220V/400V/480V/690V Rated Frequency (Hz) 50HZ/60HZ Network Configuration 1P2W/3P4W/3P3W Topology Design 3 Level Harmonic Elimination Rate >98% Power Loss <3% Rated Power Power Factor Correction PF=0.99 Full response time ≤10ms IGBT Frequency 20KHz Communication Interface RS485, Ethernet Communication Protocol Modbus protocol Monitoring 4.3-inch LCD Displayer or 7-inch Centralized Monitoring External CT detects the load current, DSP tracks instruction current, and calculates the reactive power change rate through the instantaneous Reactive Power Algorithm. Then DSP sends a PWM signal to the IGBT driving board which can control the IGBT on and off to generate inductive or capacitive compensation current. At the same time, CT detects the output current and the compensation result is fed back to DSP, then the next round of logic control is carried out to realize a stable power grid.
