Good day bidders, we are a London based Late Night Alcohol Delivery Service ([login to view URL]). I currently use an in-house built excel spreadsheet for my sales. It has been very useful, but as I'm expanding I need to re-create a better spreadsheet or a new program altogether. The key changes I need are: post code recognition, reports management, pending orders with the ability to move back and forth instantly, stages of delivery i.e received, dispatched, confirmed, canceled etc, risk assessment, adding and removing stock, inventory controls, marketing abilities such as: bulk email/phone list for export, charts and statistics, adding specials, discounts, promotions. I've added our current system with all the additional files we use. It should be easy to use and understand with the possibility of adding new stores and password log on for administrators. Test post codes are TW107LD, these I entered myself in the database file (allowed postcodes). All the spreadsheet finds now is the general area based on google maps.
