Excel to a mobile or web app?

According to my experience for this type of business work sheet web application is best because it is more efficient and more responsive than mobile app due to large data. Hi, He could have a web-based ui in which he could login and fill out the forms, retrieve from db and print out on pc. As for a mobile app, using an api would make things a bit easier to pass the data directly to online db and retrieve/print on PC if required. App doesn't need extreme ui and just the basics would work. Contact if you are interested in web-based app. Regards

Based on your requierements and budget I don't recommend to enter into software development process (it could easily run out off budget). Instead I want to suggest using a cloud based (free) product for the data capture. It can handle multiple users access and is natively mobile responsible (lovely UI).
