Financial Analyst - Investors Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced Investment analyst to undertake the funding process of vapulus and report on prospective investors. The successful expert will be able to prepare the documentation and material that would reflect how vapulus investment is likely to perform and how sustainable it is. You will pbe providing the necessary data the decision makers and the investors side. Tasks expected Shortlist and pipeline stage-suitable angels and investors Approach investors and create interest. Look back at previous investment decisions and the thought process of making the investment decision and present the right option to the investors looking into investing in vapulus Liaise with VCs and network with investors to achieve the funding required on a timely bases Develop complex financial models and analyse legal documents Negotiate and finalize funding deals In terms of hours, this would require 2-4 hours per day 5 days a week.
