Web design - simple site - use existing photoshop brochure

If you have the skills to redesign a photoshop brochure and supporting files into a basic web site for a real estate company, I'd like to hire you! The website will have a flash intro. You can design the site in the format that works best for the project, joomla, html, flash, sitegrinder, etc. You should be able to design the site so that I can edit the text easily. I want the finished product to include 5 pages, with contact forms that have some customized fields and are able route customer information to different email addresses.
