Design graphics logo for independent record label

Simple project simple description. We are a new independent record label in the UK and require a really 1. good logo 2. banner for youtube channel 3. youtube channel background design to compliment our fantastic company name. We are looking for a memorable logo, creative layout that looks professional and unique, to be used on website, business cards, marketing, t-shirts, magazines etc. Web2.0 logo, 3D… High resolution, vector based, fully editable. W'd like to see samples of your ideas for this job (you can watermark it) then We’ll accept the best option/package. Unlimited revisions. We are looking for professionals with experience, no students who are still trying stuff out. This needs to be done by someone familiar with branding and how to do it right. Please send link to your portfolio. Do not use someone else's work, nothing copyrighted, and no clip art. All rights to the image will be ours. You will need to email us the final art in vector files and in multiple formats: JPG, PNG, TIF. The work must be camera ready and optimized for printing. Our budget is $50 and please do not bid if you want more and money will be escrowed before you begin work.
