Bruchure Design (Tri-Fold) - Rough Concept Provided

Hi, I'm looking for a professional to help with a Tri-Fold Brochure Design. I have attached pictures of the "old" brochure, which we will be looking to improve upon, and create a new design that will match with the new website that has been created ([login to view URL]). We will be using all the same content (which I have already typed up), and I will also be able to provide graphics in PSD format that have been used on the website, and might be useful in the brochure (such as the background, buttons, stage, etc). I have already started a PSD file, that has the correct dimensions and guides (fold, trim, bleed, etc). I'm most familiar with Photoshop myself, but if you need to import/export into InDesign or Illustrator, thats completely up to you. The design should maintain a medical, clean, professional appearance, and I believe the typography will go a long way in contributing to a better look and feel. I'd also like to see some addition graphics introduced to further the design, and help build a sense of hierarchy which currently doesn't exist. The headers should be further styled as well. _____________________ My main goal here (in addition to the task at hand) is to find someone that would like to work together on MANY more of these types of projects in the future.
