Design a 12 page Entertainment Newspaper

I am launching a weekly entertainment, business, and culture newspaper and i need a weekly designer to design the 12 page newspaper. -It will be a 12 page newspaper - Designer needs to have experience in designing catchy, headline grabbing and beautiful newspapers or magazines -You will be using x2 colours , since it's a black and white newspaper. The extra colour will be purple. Hence, you need to be very creative - First issue is out next Friday. So, i'll need someone who will be able to commence with the project asap to ensure that the first issue is finished and ready for print by Tuesday next week. -The paper is being released to a less developed country. Hence, the budget i have is no more than $50 per week stated is what we are able to afford for this project. This will be a weekly role for any interested party. The paper comes out every Friday.
