Map redraw in Photoshop CS1 or CS2

I am in need of a few city map redrawn. You can find a sample map here: [login to view URL] Here are what I need: 1. Proper layering : like all numbers/all site classes (background) must be on different layers. 2. Only use vector art. May not rasterize objects. 3. Must be the original file in Photoshop CS1 or CS2. 4. Must add a mask that makes all site classes in tan color. (if I want to turn off site classes) 5. Add legend, icons, resort amenities, facilities, etc as specified in attachment. Make sure they have their own layers. 6. Layer naming must be appropriately. Please send a mockup of the .psd file so I can check your formatting skill. NO NEED TO MAKE THE FULL MAP. JUST FORMAT 1/4 PORTION. Bids without mock-up will be ignored. Finally bid for one map (using PMB). Note that selected provider will be offered 10+ similer maps. Happy bidding.....
