Need a Startup Partner specialized in Creatures Illustrators

As the name suggest, currently I need a person who got a very good talent in creating Creatures Design. Creatures here mean something that like a non-human being (at most, a demi-human). I want someone that good with drawing both cool and cute creatures (example: Poring from Ragnarok Online Game, or other monsters from 2D Animation online games), NOT a near-realistic type of creatures (example like Magic The Gathering Trading Card Game Creatures. Just google it). Here are some other requirements: 1) Must be living in Jakarta, Indonesia (or around that city, or willing to travel here when needed) 2) Must have a good fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa) Language, both oral and written. Non-native speaker is OK, but bear in mind that communication will be done through Bahasa Language with the team. 3) Must be between 21 - 28 years old age.
