Create a business infographic

Hi there - I am founder of a new consulting business, called FutureCrafters. We help Boards of Directors ensure they have the right people and capabilities they need for the next 3-5-10 years. I have an infographic of my 5-step method that I would like to create for my new business. It is important as it will be used to test with Directors before finalising the framework, so need it to look polished. I have attached the file showing the 5-step method and the components within each. I'd like to include a "clean" side of the "placemat" that is simple, and on the reverse to include an explanation for the terms used. The imagery I'm thinking of is something like a stylised nautilus shell, which reflects my logo that is currently finalising. Colours for the business are lime green, charcoal and white. Would appreciate working with an experienced designer who has done these before and can guide as to how best to move forward, formats, etc, especially as it will be in test mode for a while first so I'd like to be able to make edits to it myself until we finalise.
