Do you have design experience in smart home design and automation specialist? Prefer MEP Engineer ideally in central air-conditioning system, security system, car park monitoring system, hospital calling system, and/or elderly monitoring system. The project is a retirement village or old age care activity center. Able to use Sketchup, AutoCAD or ArchiCAD skills for designing.
