IT / ONLINE SUPPORT OFFICER Feedback Training & Consulting is looking for someone who can support us with IT related issues. A professional who want to grow together with us and focus on areas such as those mentioned below. You are: o Structured & organised o Super precise & exact. Your required skills / availability o English language o Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint and Word specifically) o Pipedrive CRM o Apple Operating System (being capable of taking over our mac from a distance to fix critical issues instantly) o Linked In (Lead generation and inserting them into our CRM system) o Available for short weekly or bi-weekly phone or skypecall to discuss projects one on one. o Zapier Appreciated skills (not mandatory) o Graphical design essentials (Adobe for example) o Time management / Productivity expertise (Evernote, Getting Things Done, etc.) o Mailing campaign programs (eg Mailchimp) o Spanish language o Dutch language Your role on the long run o Be a personal assistant for our CEO. o Be our key contact person for hiring other freelancers to which we can outsource other types of projects (such as developing an online learning system). o This is an opportunity for much more work in the near future as we are increasing.
