Helicopter comic shoulder patch

I am looking for a talented artist to create a cartoonish shoulder patch design for a police helicopter comic shoulder patch. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating vibrant and lively artwork. Specific requirements for the design include incorporating specific images or symbols, which will be provided by me. I am open to the artist's interpretation and suggestions, but I do have specific elements that I want included. The color palette for the design should be bright and vibrant, reflecting the energetic and dynamic nature of the comic. We would like have it like he's an aggressive animal, with a face with eye and mouth, and two muscle arms coming from the airframe and in the first one handing handcuffs and in the second one binoculars in front of eyes (like he s searching for catching criminals) We want our exact shape and colors for the chopper, but like it's moving( blades rotating and like a wolf or lion, a hunter...) We want it aggressive, like you don't want to mess with us! You will see in the attached files the shape and colors of our chopper, an airbus ec 135 from the French Gendarmerie. It will have a camera and a light on the skids.
