Monetization Strategy and Implementation for network of sites

Greetings, I have a network of sites that are well established and generating organic traffic on a daily basis. However I have not implemented a monetization strategy for these sites. I require someone to come up with a plan for my sites and implement a strategy to monetize my sites. The categories for my sites are in Addiction and SEO. I personally programmed and marketed the sites. So they are 100% unique and I want any person that works on this project to be upto standard.
