OUTLOOK EXPERT (FROM EUROPE COUNTRIES ONLY)

I just moved my domain and hosting to site ground and have had to set up our work emails. I have done most of it but need someone to work on it for maybe 2 hours to solve the final problem and make sure everything is running smoothly. One problem is that it isn't synchronizing Outlook on a few PCs. I also get this error: "reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for Error: The TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). I need someone pretty quickly, someone clever, someone preferably with develops and outlook experience.
