Its an easy work for developer if you have the database ready. If the database is not ready then it may take some time. There is no need for any license libraries as far as i see. Is their any specially requirement for which you need multithreading ? I guess you want it fast, but I dont see a scenario here where it is required. Let me know, what you have in mind !

Israeli born in the US. Over 20 years of programming experience including (as IBM Haifa researcher) writing part of the Java language core (sold to Sun in 1995 or so). Fluent in English and Hebrew and translation software. Also I have a good understanding in cognitive psychology and artificial semantic articulation. My software will look at sentence templates and will then replace them with the Hebrew. So you SHOULD get less of the "Google Translate" experience, where everything is all skewed and mixed up.

Hi, I have extensive experience with Translation API's. I am a Java Developer with multiple skills on Java related frameworks like Spring. I also have experience with MySql. I can do this by either using information you have on the database, or by also using a free translation API.
