Dear Employer, Please be note: There are scenarios to use Multiple MySQL servers. 1) If you have a ratio of 70-80% read and 20-30% write then master-slave replication is recommended. But in this (AS AN OPTIONAL STEP BUT ITS GOOD TO DO) you will also need to modify your code in such a way that read request should go to slave and ONLY WRITE request should go to master. This will avoid write request on slave avoiding any data mismatch. 2) If you have 70-80% write and 20-30% read then in this percona cluster is recommended as default MySQL ndb cluster is not recommended due to its non acid compliance ( NDB CLUSTER DOES NOT SUPPORT TRANSACTIONS WHERE AS PERCONA CLUSTER SUPPORTS.). But for this you will require atleast 3 MySQL servers. As two node cluster is not recommended.

Hello, It seems like you need MySQL replication configured on both servers. We can do it in multiple ways. One of the ways is to have master/slave replication - where master is the primary node and if something happens to master, we promote slave to be the master. The data is being copied in real time. The other option is to have master/master replication - where both nodes are masters and if one goes down, the other one takes over automatically. The data here is also being copied in real time. There are other options as well like drbd/heartbeat or ndb_cluster but I will have better understanding on your requirements once we chat. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
