The software developer will deliver a C# (.NET 3.5 +) dll library and source code that fully interacts with the Silicon SI4706 FM RDS/RBDS IC. The minimum features required are delivery of RDS data (PS, PI, RT, and RT+) after tuning to any specified FM frequency.
