Banner Design samples

Can you start now? We are wanting to put an advertising panel on the Landing Page (n e w n a t i o n s dot c o m ) on the top blue section of the page. Centered between WORLD CONCERN and the Facebook and twitter icons. It will read "PLEASE JOIN US......" (Can you do a few designs for us to look at and we can then choose which one we like please?). The screenshots of the page with the banner would be great so we can see how the banner would look on the actual page. we need something with 'impact '! The Landing page itself is visually very 'busy,' with various stylish panes competing for a readers attention, so the Join Us panel needs to have an impact that does not merge and get lost in a general lively presentation of the 4 mouseover animated panes. I am not a designer, as you well know, but I think it needs to be in a different colour to the blues and whites that dominate the World Concern header. If this can be done in a way that is not vulgar (like a petrol cutprice sticker), it needs to stand out in contrast to its surroundings. Maybe a sample of GIF ANIMATION ALSO.
