Patient Administration System

I help patients in Europe to having treatments. I need web based system to help me follow up of the patient’s status. System description Registration of patients and administration of their medical treatment and status. This system should help me how to support patients during their trip and help me organize my calendar with the appointments. Tasks of the system 1) Registration of a patient 2) Uploading passport copies 3) Uploading of medical reports 4) Defining the status of the patient and the history of the levels of the patient’s status and saving the name of the user in the history. The status are: Level 0 = Diagnostic Analysis Level 1 = Diagnostic report exists and another opinion is needed Level 2 = Diagnostic report exists and a medical treatment estimation is needed Level 3 = Release of the costs Level 4 = paying the money to the hospital in advance Level 5 = receiving an invitation Level 6 = Sending invitation to patient and to the embassy. Level 7 = Latest medical reports 5) Saving all of the email communications of the patient in the system. 6) Calendar of appointments of all patients and their activities and locations. This can be integrated in Outlook or keep it web based.
