Hello, I am looking for someone to code a very basic one page website with a pop up image gallery. I need this individual or company to be skilled at building secure websites that look and operate well across all platforms including mobile IOS and Android. Once the website is coded I will continue to use you for content updates. It is also very important to me that I hire someone with good graphic design skills as once this original website is running I will require you to perform most updates with little design input from me (will pay per update).
