We are a web development firm looking to develop long term relationships with 2-3 advanced CSS coders. The main requirements and qualifications that we seek are listed below. Newbies need not apply 1.) Ideal candidate is meticulous in their coding practices and is accustom to coding for maximum cross browser capability, specifically FF2, FF3, IE6, IE7 and Safari. 2.) Ideal candidate thoroughly understands and can conform to W3C validation requirements 3.) Ideal candidate uses advanced image optimization techniques to maximize on-screen image quality, while simultaneously providing for speedy download times. 4.) The ideal candidate understands basic SEO principles and implements that knowledge into strategically determing page structure 4.)
