Barcode Scanner (Web Based Version)

CURRENTLY my project is based on C+ and it has the following (if you can use the code I'll provide it, if you don't need it then no problem) It is a barcode generation/printing software. It currently works like this: 1) Scan the Barcode 2) Associate Barcode with X000 number that I give 3) Create a barcode for the X000 number provided. 4) Allow me to input other relevant information to print on the label What I need added/fixed: 1) Turn this into a web based app that I can use (let me know your plan on hosting it). 2) Currently it is generating a barcode that is X000 number & barcode, it needs to generate a barcode for the X000 number only. 3) Save all uploaded inventory into the program, so it can register a given barcode and print the label accordingly. (For example Barcode 12345 associates with X000535352) 4) Give option to choose a closed label (if barcode 12345 only associates with 1 X000 number it automatically prints the label associated) or open label (if barcode 12345 associates with multiple X000 numbers it gives the option of which one you want printed or if you want to add another X000 number to associate with the barcode) (you choose which to print from labels showing on screen and you select which one). 5) Allow me to "reject" a barcode, if that happens when barcode is scanned a popup appears that says BULK (just a check box, don't need to add X000 information or anything else for rejected barcodes) 6) Label size is currently printing 1-1/7th" x 3-1/2" scale, it needs to be on a 1-1/7th" x 2-3/7th" scale. Side note so nothing is hidden: I currently have someone making it work with MySQL, it's not working how I want (I think it's my lack of knowledge with MySQL more than anything, which is why I just want a simple Web App, so I can understand it easily and use it anywhere), but that won't interfere with our current contract if we make one.
