Hi, I have developed many video processing applications including 360 degree video stitching, i have modified streams for digital signage applications and have a lot of experience with REST api. i have been using Raspberry pi for many solutions since 2013 and have developed many clients applications using all versions of it. I have a lot of experience in Computer Vision applications / image and video processing in mobile and windows applications. My Team experience includes: -Port Based container Damage detection Software: detecting damaged container and keeping record and report of containers movement, -Driver fatigue detection using raspberry pi which in a matter of milli seconds determines if the driver is sleeping or not and alarm accordingly using OpenCV, -Vehicle counting in the particular category they belong to on a high speed road, -Number plate recognition using OCR algorithm of openCV, -Face detection and recognition for attendance system of a school and patient management system of a medical system. -Body measurement and detection of changes in body -3D reconstruction from 2D multifocus images In short We have all the experience needed to complete the project with maximum accuracy. I have worked with streaming from Radpberry Pi Camera to Linux Machine before. I will provide you with a program that would playback the number of seconds required from the input stream and output it on a new stream of the required format, I believe that would be rtsp.
