Hi! I think you are about to use a LED UV-c otherwise it wouldn't fit a USB case easily. Can you tell me the desired wavelength you need? I can help you to design the electronics circuit of the device. As I understand it will be powered from the cell phone itself. in this case a power converter should be added to increase the voltage from the cell phone to required 6-7 volts. It would be nice to discuss more details about your device. Also it would be helpful if you could tell the approximate power rate of the LED, or if we can discuss it. Thanks
