Custom SSRS Reports from SQL Data - Time Sensitive

We have three reports that need to be written to specifications. These reports must be completed in 7 business days FIRM. If you cannot complete this in 7 business days or less do not accept the project. I will hold you to the completion date. I have three reports that need to be made. Two of them are simple table reports, the third is a little more complicated. Review all requirements and examples before bidding. Please view Excel file for examples. Feel free to recommend style changes and ideas. Helion_Client_Identity - Table that contains primary Keys. ClientID, ParentID, and the client names. Will be used for all three reports. Pull names from here. Kaseya_AssetData - All workstation and server data. VMware_Host_Data - VMware Server Data Excel file with examples and table creation scripts included. Workstation Summary Report: 1. When report is ran, display a drop down to select the Parent or Client that we want. a. The drop down should pull the names from the Helion_Identity_Table. b. Alphabetize the drop down by parent ID, with the Client IDs under each parent. c. If the "Parent" is selected, The report should include data for every client under the parent ID. d. If the Child is selected, it should only show data for that Child site. The Excel file shows the report we want to see. This graph shows all of the workstations for a client, and a projection of when they should be replaced. Filter on [OSInfo] not like '%server%' Y axis - The "ship date" field from the Kaseya table determines the values. a. "Refreshed" Column - Count of ship date by year. The X-Axis is a projected replacement based on the Ship Date column. a. Black box will always be around the current year. b. Red values are when "Ship Date" + 5 = Year c. The $ amount in the boxes is $850 * Count of PCs to replace Store the 850 as a variable that I can go change in the future. d. Show the Dollar amount on the year the machine should be replaced. If the replacement occurs before the current year, place the value in the current year box. For example: if a machine was purchased in 2006, it should be replaced in 2011. Show red in 2011 - 2015, and the replacement cost in the 2015 box. e. Anything without a ship date can be included in the unknown column. Workstation Detail Report: Drop down selection when report is run allowing us to select the Parent or client Like previous reports. • If the parent is selected, show data for parent and all clients associated to the parent. • If a client is selected, show only the client site information. • Source workstation data from table [Kaseya_AssetData] • Display results in a nice table report. • Sort by ship date, oldest to newest. • If the Ship Date is older than 5 years highlight the entire row in light red (The "BAD" color in Excel.) • Show the columns listed in the attached Excel file. Server Detail Report Drop down selection when report is run allowing us to select the Parent or client Like previous reports. Find any servers in the VMware table associated to the ParentID [Client Name] in VMware_Host_Data contains the ParentID. Use [Host] as the Computer name Find any servers in the KaseyaAssetData associated to the parentID or ClientID under that parent. Display combined results in Table view (Columns shown in Excel file) VMware servers will always be under the parent ID. Show the Client servers listed under the client name. Highlight (Or have colored icons. Show me what is possible) by [Warranty Expiration] and [Ship Date]. • Green - If server is 4 years old or less [ship date] and the warranty has not expired. • Yellow - If server is 5 years old and the warranty has not expired • Red - If the server is older than 5 years OR the warranty is expired. VMware servers will not have a ship date or warranty date. You do not have to color code them.
