Dear Project Manager, I have over 20 years telemarketing/customer service experience. As a Recruiter I was required to make 100+ calls per day. Utilizing the phone for sales purposes is second nature to me. At Robert Half International I increased my department sales by 45% in six months. I was selling temporary services. Meaning I placed temporary employees. I had to cold call on a daily basis. I solicited Fortune 500 companies in California as well as Missouri to obtain job orders.

I work in several BPO company for the past 6 years as customer service Representative, Inbound sales representative and outbound sales representative.
