Build me a WINDOWS GUI Outlook plug in

Hi, I am Nallakumar. I have more than 8 years of experience in developing plugins for Outlook. I understood, you need an Outlook plugin that will check all the incoming meeting requests in Outlook and send a mail in a predefined format to the sender of the meeting request, if there is already a meeting accepted/appointment created in that slot/containing part of time within that slot. We can develop an AddIn with a Ribbon in Outlook ribbon tab and Toggle button on it to enable/disable this function. If this button is Toggle On (By default we will make it On), the AddIn will look into all inbound meeting requests and will send mail based on the the time slot availability. We can even remove the button and make the AddIn always look for in bound meeting requests, so that it can look like default Outlook function. Thanks, Nalla

Hi, your project seems very simple. Please, kindly take a look at my portfolio for similar projects developed in Outlook. I am an IT engineer and I work exclusively with MS-Outlook projects. As I said, your project is actually simple to develop. It only contains two main processes in its core, which are the handling of Calendars and the Sending of Emails. So, base on that we only establish a set of rules which the Add-In is going to use to trigger the interaction of the Calendars and the sending of the emails. As you may see, it only takes two processes with few rules and that's it, you have your project ready. Obviously, once we get this core working, the rest of the Add-In is more the common things every Add-In needs, like compatibility with x64 machines, an installer, a GUI for settings, etc. Well, I think that is all by now.
