Build simple MS Exchange utility that connects and syncs calendar info

We are looking for an engineer to write a utility that syncs calendar information between an Exchange account and an external database. It should use Autodiscovery. The utility will be provided with a user name, password, and email address. It should attempt to locate the appropriate Exchange Online endpoint connect, and access a current list of events. It should then compare that list to an external list of events and either add events to the outside db, or add them to the Exchange account. The outside db is a standard EF on SQL implementation. All data is exposed via repository classes. As background: This utility will be run periodically as part of a daemon process. The external database is part of an application that provides personal assistant scheduling services. The code should be in modern, object-oriented C#. Exchange api experience is _required_ for this proejct. We will ask for a code sample from applicants.
