Hello, I have experience developing and working with DDL (Dynamic Linked Libraries). I am new here but guarantee quality work.

I, Dr. B. P. Dubey, 64 yrs, a retired scientist from India’s most renound and top most research organisation, with 40 years of experience of working in the inter-disciplinary field of Physics, Electronics, Computer Science and IT. I have PhD degree in Physics and have participated in the development of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). I am comfortable in programming in several languages, specially C/C++, Java, Matlab, VB, python etc. and have aptitude for analysis of data and its interpretation using Artificial Neural Network, Excel and other similar tools for solving problems related with science, engineering and medical sciences. From the title of the work it is not clear, what exactly is to be done in this project. Please send me the details of the work to be done so that I can prepare the proposal and milestones for it.
