I am looking for someone able to develop the Meta-Heuristic Local Search in C basic in order to solve a flow shop problem with 100 jobs and 5 machines. I will attach an excel with the 100 jobs, their process time, and 5 machines. Basically, you'll only have to develop the code for Local Search in C Basic. We will need a brief explanation of the code aswell. You can write it off in a Word Document. Thanks

I am very proficient in c and c++. I have 16 years c++ developing experience now, and have worked for more than 7 years.
