I am looking for someone to develop a Windows application for me that will be used as a kiosk. The application will need to be linked to an online database/server. The application should be easy to use and will be pretty simple. I need the application to have a Register/Login screen where the user will log in. Once the user logs in, it should stay logged in. The main screen after login will be a list of images that are loaded from database where each image will have a unique value, when one is selected, the software will open a camera (USB Webcam and USB Microphone) and the user will then start to record for 30 seconds. When done, the user can review the video, accept the video or re-record. If video is accepted it will upload the video to the server, add video information under logged in user's info and also the selected image information. The user that records the video will also be able to have the video sent to him/her via email if they wish. Once video is sent to user and uploaded to server, the application should go back to the image list to be selected again. If you have any confusion as to what I am asking or want to know a little more, please send me a message so that I can know that you are the right person for the job as this is VERY VERY VERY important for me. I listed the skills required as C#, Java and C++ for the reason that I am not too sure what language this would best be written in. All I need is for this to work and for it to be SUPER simple to use and VERY modern. Thank you!
