TELE CALLING JOB

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist with our customer support tele calling job. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service over the phone. Requirements: - Previous experience in customer support or call center role - Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively - Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software - Ability to follow a set of talking points or guidelines provided by the company Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their queries or concerns - Maintain a professional and friendly tone while conversing with customers - Address customer complaints or issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department - Document all interactions and update customer records in the CRM system - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and provide necessary assistance The number of calls expected to be handled daily is less than 50, so the freelancer should be able to manage their time efficiently and provide prompt responses to customers. Although we have some talking points to guide the conversations, the freelancer may need to adapt and develop their own approach based on the customer's specific needs.
