Native Dutch. I can offer you excellent work, as I can see you are specialized on the medical field. I have worked a while for a medical company as international sales rep / customer care, and have quite some experience on medical terms. Perhaps less quick than others but therefor without mistakes, which I suggest might be rather important for such documents.
