Looking for a Purchase assistant We are a Los Angeles-Based Japanese company who sell party goods and sexy lingerie/costumes online. CEO is looking for a Purchase assistant who can help her keep track of all the invoices and who is interested in our industry and Japanese market. The main job is *help us purchase from vendors on a daily basis (Please be available on Monday and Tuesday in the morning) *keep track of discrepancy between invoices and packing list and ask for refund/credit if necessary -Must be fast pased and detail oriented -Must be witty and creative -Must like entertainment industry such as musical,modeling and show biz -Must be really excellent at "get it" (this is critical) -Strong communication skills (this is critical) -Must be online most of the time. -We prefer you call yourself "a geek" If you like to make a difference in online costume industry and like Japanese culture such as cosplay , this company is for you. Japanese language skill is not mandatory but it's a plus. I am planning to expand to USA market and global distribution of costumes, and possiblly tangible store operation in USA. Lets make a difference and make something creative in a fun world. with application, please answer to the following questions. -Is the proposed price monthly fee? -We have about 10 to 15 invoices and weekly and those are mainly invoices with colors and sizes. are you good at taking look at details and descrapancies? -Can you make skype video meeting probably biweekly to review our financial status? We are looking for someone who can make a commitment to this potition. -Have you worked at apparel industry? (Yes is a huge plus) -I am interested in making trusted business relationship with us beyond just being data entree key puncher. are you interested in that ? Time needed is about 2 hours a day Monday 2 hours Tuesday 1-2hours Wed 30 min Thursday 30 min Friday 30 min We like you to be available daily but each time can be short time because this is assistant job.

Here are my skills related to this position & others as well which will help you understand my expertise in assistant role.. 1) Capturing CSV files from sites, checking stock 2) Email Marketing / Social Media Marketing 3) Managing / Reviewing / Auditing Inventory / Orders coming to us via amazon/website or ebay channels 4) Understand item attributes colors/sizes etc. 5) SMM & Reputation Management I hope these will help in the work you need done & I can start today itself. Hello! This sounds like a very interesting opportunity. I have lots of experience dealing with 3rd party companies to fulfil contracts and orders (from my previous employers online store) however I have never specifically worked within the Apparel Industry but your job proposal sound like an interesting opportunity to break into this field! I have many years of Customer Service experience and some limited experience working as a personal assistant, am fully willing to learn the job and take on additional tasks as required. I currently live in an EU timezone (GMT) however this means that by the time AM rolls around in the US I have already been awake for a few hours and hopefully dealt with any issues which have arisen through the night before anyone else begins work. Salary requirement is completely negotiable, depending on the actual volume of work required however the hours listed seem to be ok, Skype should not be an issue as long as you don't mind a mild Scottish Accent, hopefully this is the first step into a long and health business relationship!
