Document layout adjustment

I have a roughly 35 page Word DocX document. It's confronting when I send it to people, and requires that I manually change a large number of fields every time I send the document out via Echosign. The document is a terms of service agreement. I would like the following output: -- Reduce page count by minimalising document. --- format to two columns per page --- maintain spacing and pagination where possible --- reduce font sizes and line spacing slightly. --- maintain font formatting so it's the same with numbered points and headers etc through out. There should be no changes to the actual content of the document and document should be returned in a docX format. In addition, Echosign readiness: -- A schema created and implemented to allow for relevant fields to be filled out using echosign, by ourselves as principal in some locations, by the client in other locations. There's probably 10-12 fields I can think of off the top of my head. Your bid should be able to demonstrate past experience with Echosign, and a timeframe in which you can acheive the work.
