A fast-growing short-term rental property management company is looking for an admin who can assist our general manager and operations. - Starting monthly payment: $300.00 + - Work Days: Monday through Sunday (Day off on Wednesday or as negotiated, but we are busy on the weekends.) - Working Hours: Must be available during the day time EST. - Qualification: At least 2 years of experience with virtual work, speaks good English, not afraid of making phone calls, outspoken and proactive, able to freely work with computer and smartphone. Examples of job responsibilities: 1) posting Facebook posts 2) calling contractors to coordinate the reported damages 3) assisting with simple communications among persons needed 4) repetitive tasks 5) helping with some level of guest communications ... many more fun stuff.
