Need a virtual assistant for ongoing work plus big bonuses

This is can be a long and profitable project for a virtual assistant. We will first evaluate lowest bids. We are looking for someone with excellent English language skills that can perform basic web research, and contact people and companies on our behalf. Initial responsibilities will include: searching for appropriate job postings, and submitting resume and cover letter for good matches. HOWEVER, the assistant will have to edit the resume and the cover letter as to match the job description, and make it easier for potential employees to focus on the specific job experience that matches the job description. A big bonus will be given ($500-$2000, depending on salary of job) if the assistant helps our client with getting a specific job. Once the assistant proves him/herself, more responsibilities will be added, such as contacting (via email) companies for us to offer our services, with bonus offered for every new client the assistant helps bring in. PLEASE NOTE: there will be a test run before we select someone - we will give you the information and resume, and you will have to research and find appropriate jobs, and you will also have to edit the resume and cover letter to show that you can understand how to apply to each job.
