I am in need of a professional virtual assistant to take charge of several tasks to help streamline my business. Main duties will include: - Management of company emails, ensuring all are responded to in a suitable timeframe - Data entry which requires a high level of attention to detail - Scheduling appointments accurately within a busy calendar Expertise in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and CRM software is required as they will be the primary tools for your daily tasks. Although the method of overall communication was not specified, pro-activeness in communication is highly preferred, whether it is via Email, Phone, or Instant Messaging. Candidates with noteworthy experience as a Virtual Assistant and proficiency in the aforementioned software will be given priority.
